Calves

We don’t always think about our calf muscles in improving posture.  Where your shins stand in relationship to your foot influences your entire structure.  Balancing the muscles of the calves help with our function .

With having ACL tears in both knees,  my training of my calves help amazingly my squats and basic function.   For years a s a dancer, I mainly concentrated on my core in solving my posture.  The good grounding forces of the lower leg improves postures effortlessly.

This Mondays class we will explore the relationship of the calf with the core.
